How much should I take?

One 50 ml serve a day is the sweet spot: that delivers 30 mg of curcuminoids. Each 500 ml bottle holds 10 serves, and diluted it makes at least 3 litres.

Is it safe during pregnancy or with medication?

Questions, answered

Keep an unopened bottle in the pantry. Once it is open, refrigerate it and use it within two months. It separates a little between pours; that is the fresh juice, so give it a shake.
