Orders are sent by courier. Delivery is usually one to two business days in the North Island and two to three in the South Island after dispatch. Rural addresses may take longer.
Shipping is free when the physical product subtotal reaches $300. Below that, the checkout calculates a courier price from the parcel and delivery address.

If an item is damaged, missing or not what you ordered, email hello@turbotonics.co.nz with the TT- order number and a photo where useful. Do not send food products back without arranging it first.
